They call themselves The YA/YAs: The artists who come to Young Aspirations/Young Artists for training and community define the organization itself. The relationship between our staff and our artists is one of mutual respect and exploration, and every program or project we pursue is in response to our artists' interests and goals. Some artists stay with us for a year, some for five years, some for a lifetime. No matter what their tenure is, each young artist who enters our studio leaves an energetic mark on who we are.
